PROMISE #1: Experience and Training.
Our estimators have many years of experience and will use their knowledge to diagnose and solve your home’s needs. Our installers are each personally trained and lead by a crew chief with many years experience. Additionally we also have a BPI (Building Performance Institute) accredited member on our staff.
PROMISE #2: Equipment and Materials.
All Comfort Insulation uses only specialized equipment made specifically for insulation installation and removal. Our materials are the best on the market, including Owens Corning Pro Pink Blown-in Fiberglass and Ventamatic Attic Fans.
PROMISE #3: Customer Service.
Our office is open from 8-4:30 every week day. We always have associates waiting to take your phone calls. Our customers will never get the “brush-off” or not have their calls answered or returned. Additionally, we stand behind our work. We guarantee our work will be completed exactly as stated on the proposal.
PROMISE #4: Reputation.
It is not something you can buy, but must be built over many years. Our first three steps and hard work have earned us our great reputation. Our thousands of customers have referred us to their friends, families and neighbors to insulate their homes. We are repeat Super Service Award winners on Angie’s List. We are referred by contractors all over the Chicagoland area including companies that specialize in heating and air conditioning, general contracting, roofing, gutters, siding, windows, wildlife trapping, energy auditing and many more. Additionally we have also been featured on CLTV, CBS and NBC.
PROMISE #5: Fully Insured.
Finally, the last but very important reason to choose All Comfort Insulation to work on your home is that we are fully insured, including Workman’s Compensation. It is extremely important to ask anyone proposing to perform work on your home if they are fully insured and have their insurance company directly mail you a certificate of insurance to your home, with your name and address printed on it. All Comfort Insulation will gladly have our insurance company send this to any of our customers or potential customers. While working with an uninsured company might save you a little money, the risk and potential loss to the homeowner can be devastating.
